About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React.js Developer with over 6 years of dedicated experience building modern, responsive, and accessible web applications. This role is purely frontend-focused, working closely with UI/UX teams and accessibility experts to deliver seamless user experiences for enterprise and banking-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced React.js applications using React Hooks, Context API, and Redux.
• Build reusable Web Components and UI libraries for scalable projects.
• Ensure application performance optimization, focusing on page loading speed, rendering efficiency, and responsive design.
• Implement and enforce web accessibility (A11y) standards, ensuring compatibility with screen readers, keyboard navigation, and WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
• Utilize tools like axe plugin and accessibility testing frameworks for validation.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, and Grid.
• Maintain code quality with best practices in version control, testing, and documentation.
• Work closely with QA teams to resolve UI/UX and accessibility defects.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, code reviews) and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Stay current with React ecosystem trends, accessibility updates, and frontend performance best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience as a frontend developer specializing in React.js.
• Strong expertise in React Hooks, Redux, and Context API for state management.
• Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Flexbox, Grid, and Responsive Design.
• Proven experience implementing Accessibility (A11y) features and testing with axe, NVDA/JAWS, and VoiceOver screen readers.
• Hands-on experience building Web Components and modular UI systems.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
• Prior experience in banking/financial services domain or other large-scale enterprise applications.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with TypeScript in React applications.
• Experience with design systems (Material UI, Ant Design, or similar).
• Knowledge of frontend build tools and CI/CD workflows (Webpack, Vite, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Exposure to unit/integration testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on user experience and accessibility compliance.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Engagement Rules
